We at Dioguardi Jewelers are proud to announce that Gabriel Serrano has joined our team full time since June of 2019. Gabriel is a Master Jeweler with an immense amount of knowledge and skill in jewelry manufacturing and repair. Naturally, he was a perfect fit with his talent, charismatic personality and customer service skills. We are delighted to have him with us.
Gabriel Serrano started in the jewelry industry in 1993, at the age of 19. He first worked for Hannoush Jewelers as a polisher and within one short year became an apprentice repairing and making jewelry. He found his calling and became one of their top bench jewelers manufacturing jewelry for their stores. After five years at Hannoush learning everything he could, he decided to take a promotion and work for Kay Jewelers as a manager. In his seven years with Kay Jewelers, he won Repair Manager of the Year twice. Outside of his full time work, he would even create custom pieces and repair jewelry for other local jewelry stores. Custom creating and repairing jewelry is one of Gabe's true passions.
When Gabriel is not at the store he enjoys playing his saxophone. He plays his sax weekly at RWC Church in Springfield, MA. He is a loving husband to his beautiful wife, Abby and father of five wonderful children that keep him very busy with sports and other activities. Gabe is a New England fan and loves the Red Sox and the New England Patriots.
